Maintaining the varied rhythm and broken skyline were important considerations in achieving planning consent for this prestigious Mayfair site.

Four Portland stone bays recall the original Georgian rhythm and it was important that the overall mass of the buildings should not read as a monolith. This was achieved by varying the proportions, height, and details of each bay.

The scheme comprises street level access with B1 above, the uplift in office area being offset by the residential element behind the red brick façade to the left of the site.
